Powerjam Beginner Workshops return to Wiener Eislauf-Verein in June! On multiple dates you can work with the experienced skaters of Powerjam on the basics of roller dance. The workshops can be booked individually, are all structured in the same way and are aimed primarily at (absolute) beginners. After an introduction to correct basic skating technique and learning some simple steps, we will also progress to longer combinations of steps. No previous experience necessary. For (slightly) more experienced skaters we offer more challenging or complex variations. Good vibes and great music while learning together in a group setting is guaranteed!

Wiener Eislauf-Verein, Lothringerstraße 22, 1030 Vienna
There are toilets on site, but no checkrooms! We therefore recommend that you come to the workshop already in sportswear or comfortable clothing.

Please come at least 15 min early so we can start the workshop on time. The workshops will take place in any weather conditions (alternative location: indoor hall of the Wiener Eislauf-Verein).

RENTAL SKATES
Rental skates from WIFA can be provided free of charge via the registration form. Please let us know when you register – limited sizes are available and we cannot guarantee you skates. Protective gear and helmets are not available. For beginners we recommend wearing wrist & knee pads and helmets.

WHEELS INFO
We will be skating on unpolished, raw concrete with good grip. Softer outdoor wheels are fine, for advanced skaters we recommend harder wheels (92A+).
