DESCRIPTION:Our beginner workshop at VHS Erlaa is back! Within two hours we will teach you the most important roller dance basics. In the first part we will focus on the correct posture on roller skates, the basic technique of skating and the correct activation of the muscles needed for controlled and fluid dance and skate movements. In the second part, the first step combinations to the beat of the music are on the program. In the group we learn first skate tricks and “riffs” (mini-choreographies) and get an insight into dancing on eight wheels. Lets roll!\nInfo & registration\nThis course is specially designed for (absolute) beginners.\nWe will hold the workshop twice (same program).\n1st workshop: 10:00 – 12:00: Registration\n2nd workshop: 12:30 – 14:30: Registration\nPrice: 17€\nPlease bring sportswear, towel and water bottle.\nThe course will be held in English & German.\nRental skates from WIFA Skates will be provided if required – if announced at least 7 days in advance.\nRental fee: 8€/pair (Payment in cash only on site).\nPlease send an email to erlaa@vhs.at ( mailto:erlaa@vhs.at ) and let us know your shoe size.\n
